Account and data deletion request

Bookvion users can request deletion of their account and related personal data from this page. We process the request after identity verification and notify you of the result by email.

1. Identity verification

We may request additional information to confirm that the request was submitted by the account owner.

2. Data review

We review the user, driver, device, notification, session and operations records associated with your account.

3. Processing time

Eligible requests are completed within 30 days. We will notify you if a legal restriction applies.

Data that may be deleted

Your Bookvion account and authentication information
Profile details, contact information and app preferences
Device and notification records associated with the driver app
Inactive location and session records

Data that may be retained temporarily

Invoices, account records and legally required records for completed transfers
Transaction logs that must be kept temporarily for security, disputes or legal compliance
Anonymized or aggregated statistical data

For Bookvion Driver users

If your driver account is linked to a company, company operations records and transfer records subject to legal retention may not be deleted completely. In that case, your account is closed, access is removed, and personal data is deleted or anonymized as far as possible.
